Arena Winners not recognised as such in the Vault

I just won the Arena for the first time, as can be seen in the print out in the character screen:

However, I am recorded as Dead, when I never died, and if you search for winners in the Vault in the Arena campaign, no characters are listed. I know of one other player who has won the Arena twice, so there should be at least 3 characters.
This is not very satisfying!
