2 bugs in b26

- entered the 4th level in Trollmire, killed the boss, but the stairs leading to world map just lead to a limbo plane. nothing there except clouds and me 
rod of recall helped here
- after dying in The Maze standing on a stair, i woke up in the usual respawn zone, but could move in a 10x10 square which was empty. no way back into the world. rod of recall didnt help.
