Some Major Golem Bugs (b25)

Just picked up Tome again after a break and am glad to see the significant enhancements to the Alchemists Golem (since b18). I was finally able to complete a play through on this class, mostly due to the MUCH better NPC controls and the ability to resurrect the golem in combat. During this game I tried to hit every zone possible and found some major bugs:
1. During the post-Dreadfell orc ambush, my golem was killed and then my alchemist was killed. Right before dying I used the Rune of the Rift on Ukruk. The fight ended and both alchemist and golem were resurrected. Ukruk then came out of the rift and promptly killed my alchemist (I got no prompt to use my Blood of Life), leaving me in control of my golem, which I used to kill the boss. At this point, the game is done, because I can't leave the level while in control of the golem and there is no way for the golem to revive the alchemist. I was forced to reload from a backup save file.
What is intended to happen in this instance? The boss should probably be removed in spite of the the rune of the rift. It's debatable what should happen when the golem survives the alchemist; either just kill the alchemist (with all the normal options for resurrection) or have some long cooldown golem ability to bring back its master, perhaps? The challenge of killing a boss with the limited abilities (and completely different playstyle from the alchemist) was actually pretty fun.
2. In the Dark Crypt, the final boss conjured my shade, which I promptly used Domination Hex on (not sure if this had anything to do with the bug). When the hex wore off, my shade used Supercharge Golem which created a 2nd golem ALLIED WITH ME. This is probably just an unforseen faction bug. Needless to say, having 2 golems (only my original one was affected by my golem spells) made the fight very easy.
3. My golem shopped levelling after level 46. Thereafter, whenever I gained a level, my character advanced but I got a bunch of Lua errors (which I reported each time with the in game error reporter) and the dead monster yielding the associated experience (often a boss) didn't drop any loot. The lack of loot was game ending in the case of Gorbat, because he didn't drop his Orb of Command - had to backtrack to an old save file again.
