Thunderstorm multihits after Eidolon plane

When fighting Urkis the Tempest, I died, and went to the Eidolon plane. I rested for a while, cooled down some of my talents, etc. Then I came back, and was hit many many times by the same spell, which I think must have been Thunderstorm. (I checked the logs, I was never stunned or frozen or anything). I think that it might be firing one lightning bolt for every turn that you were on the plane?

Is that b24? Cuz I got that a lot, the time it crashed on me. Die, go to Eidy, come back, get "Urkel hits you for x lightning, x lightning, x lightning (repeated about 20 times, at which point I died again)." Did wait for cooldowns to expire, too. Come to think of it, that mighta been what was ganking my Mindslayer at Z... in addition to b24's "Dual-Wielder's Wet Dream" bug.

Urkis, the High Tempest hits Kat for 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 0 lightning, 4 lightning, 13 lightning, 20 lightning, 17 lightning, 24 lightning, 13 lightning, 14 lightning, 3 lightning, 22 lightning, 19 lightning, 22 lightning, 16 lightning, 10 lightning, 6 lightning, 13 lightning, 83 cold damage (total 290.18)
That's what mine looked like, although this was copied a while back (this was b23, btw). Had a shield up for part of it, but it only prolonged the inevitable. The stuff about dying and cooldowns sounds about right for my situation also.

Ironically I came across it for the first time just after reading this thread - had been playing old school dead-is-dead until this week and never had trouble whupping Mr Sparky before, maybe the "extra lives" thing encourages diving. Away to see the man in the sky, then come back and zip-zap-zop straight back to 67HP and near-to-nil chance of surviving. It was b25, so whatever it is hasn't been sorted yet.

Is this related to hurricane, maybe? With Freeze and less than 100% stun resist, Hurricane + Thunderstorm + his other lightning spells might be the cause of this insanity.
