ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I gather there's been a lot going on with speed, so I don't know if this is still the case in pre-24, but Aim sends my weapon speed down from 0.60 to 0.32, which is clearly preposterous.

I'll check on pre-?24 in a moment.

As you likely know, the Aim talent works beautifully with pre-b24, and it's even designed to be a hell of a lot better, but I'm dubious about the faithfulness of the calculated speeds.

5% speed reduction makes 0.80 into 0.86.
10% into 0.92
25% into 1.19

Seems like 33% to me.
