ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

As a Shalore, you can cast Grace of the Eternals (cooldown 46) and then use Rod of Recall (cooldown 40). Then start to rest. When you are recalled, Grace of the Eternals is still on cooldown for 6 turns. Try to rest, the cooldown doesn't go away and you're stuck until you decide to break resting.

Short-term solution: Don't rest on the worldmap if anything is on cooldown, no cooldowns will decrease on the worldmap. Presumably this is an anti-stairscumming move.
