SVN 3104 game hangs when entering a zone.

Like the title says, when I go from the world map into any zone (including patrols) I get about 2 seconds to move and act normally and then the game will hang for a couple minutes. During this time nothing is going on in terminal other than the occasional chat related message and server latency reports. when everything kicks back into gear, nothing happens in the terminal. I've tried fiddling with some game options but nothing seems to have an effect. I'll keep an eye on IRC if you want to troubleshoot this.
