[b21] Burning Shock question

Unlocked Mindslayer class with my Yeek Archmage (yay!), but one teensy question bout burning shock. The actual stun duration is much longer than what the talent description says (it says 4 turns, I get 
, and I get 8 without regard to the rank of what I stun. Stunned Murgol for 8 turns, Z for 8 turns, gigantic eels for 8 turns. Not that I'm complaining, it really did help with Z fight, but is this intended?
