ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

While Conduit is up with auras bound to it, if you rest for cooldowns it will not stop itself, ever. You have to cancel the rest to for it to end.

*edited for clarity that this is not a freeze, just a lack of end condition for resting*

This is due to resting now checking for all talents to go off cooldown. Since auras are kept on cooldown by Conduit, it's impossible for resting to stop.
