[b20b, minor] Antimagic achievement broken

Well, I decided to try and complete the antimagic quest post-win. Quest completed, finally got to see the tree, but no achievement. I'm guessing the recent changes broke it somehow? I could still gain other achievements post win, so the issue isn't there.
