A Need to Debug in a Rod of Recall

Q: How do I debug in a Rod of Recall? Specifically?
Q2: Is there a Command list for Debug mode?
Q3: Is there an Item list (just curious...really!)
I've hit the Crystal Focus paradox. (Awesome Weapon & no Rod of Recall)
The Rod of Recall seems essential for the game. (i.e Getting off the Storm Tempest Mountaintop)
If procuring the Rod of Recall could be made idiot-proof and not just idiot-resistant I'd be Level 50 Grateful!
