Alchemist/golem combination being chased in town

Finally tracked this bug down. The issue is that the party members (golem if you are playing the alchemist, alchemist if you are playing the golem) targets the leader in order to follow them. Then these targets get passed to other NPCs since you have to be "friendly" (not "neutral" or "enemies") to not have target passing (this is used in the SWL and is desired). So... solutions:
- Set all town factions to be friendly rather than neutral.
- Have mod.class.NPC:seen_by check for the specific case where party members target party members.
