[b20b] Sealed Scroll of Last Hope disrupted by anti-magic

When I try to read the Sealed Scroll I get the interrupted by anti-magic message. The scroll does not say it is powered by arcane.
This is my first time getting this far. I have no idea what the scroll says. Is not being able to open the scroll going to heavily affect my game or can I continue without it?

The Scroll text is not important and you can continue with out opening it. If your are curious highlight the text bellow

The staff you left at Last Hope is gone. A raid of orcs ambushed the guards that were transporting it to a secret vault.
Our troops managed to capture one of the orcs and made him talk.
He did not know much, but he did speak about "masters" in the Far East.
He spoke about Golbug -- this seems to be a warmaster in Reknor -- leading a raid to send a "package" through a portal.
This calls for urgency; should you find this Golbug or the portal, please investigate.
