ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

My current character completed the anti-magic quest. When I went back to Ziqur I was offered the quest again and completed it again. Without leaving the town I was again offered the quest. This time I refused it and the quest was marked failed in my quest log, but I kept access to the anti-magic tree. I then went and did the quest again and it still says failed in my quest tree.

Expansion on this bug: When you "fail" this quest after completing it, you can't fight Urkis later on. The quest giver in town will always say "Come back to me when you have taken the test"
