Spell list difficult to use

Hello,
As it's my first time playing a magic user character, i found something that may be an interface bug.
Unlike my previous warrior-like characters that had their new abilities/infusion/rune appearing in the lower right panel as expected, the new spells i am learning are not appearing there.
As you see, if i right click on myself i can see several of my spells not listed in the ability panel.
Problem with that, is that if i'm at the bottom of a map, and right click on myself, the listing will become incomplete and i can't access those newly learned spells :
