ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

The notes mention changing the savvy talent to give the correct experience bonus... but the entire talent tree that it's in ("cursed / traveler") is missing from both cursed and doomed.

I took this tree out. It seemed pretty pointless and I didn't see many people using it. I had added it as a simple way to include some extra Cursed/Doomed generic talents, but I think they need something better for that.
