[b19] 3 bugs: Illumination, Xorn+Rift rune, Flame spell

1. Using Summertide Phial doesn't light place where you are standing. Don't know about wands.

2. Using Rift rune on xorn makes him disapper, but doesn't remove "Constricted" condition from player.

3. not a bug, actually

If you watch Flame carefully it does a nuke plus a single tic immediately. So 1/2 + 1/6 the first turn, then 1/6 and 1/6.

No, it does damage only 3 times. At least for archmage.

Meh, was posting while you where replying.

I'll keep watching it and testing but unless there's a rounding issue someplace it should always hit four times.

Alright, I just caught it only ticking twice, but adding up the damage it's the correct amount. So 1/2 up front, 1/4 then 1/4. *shrugs*

Sorry, that's my mistake. :) I noticed that flame spell don't kill creatures which have less hp than spell do, but I forgot that "Frozen" condition gives damage resistance.
