[b19]Ladders are not shown on minimap

In the starting undead cave(thats' there I'm now)
PS it seems they are brown pixels - the same color as lit areas

This is more general and is pretty annoying. None of the major points of interest show up on the minimap, regardless of where I am -- if I'm outdoors, I don't see dots for towns and dungeons. If I'm in a dungeon, I don't see dots for stairs.
