Burning hex and talent reactivation

My arcane blade just took 400+ damage from this bug, so I am slightly concerned.
Basically LevelupStatsDialog calls Actor:forceUseTalent which deactivates and then reactivates sustains without costing energy... but still using postUseTalent so Burning Hex kicks in. Haven't given any thought how to fix it, but reporting it for now.
