Shift-7 = hotkey31
Shift-8 = hotkey31

It happens only on the assignment page; if you try to USE it, shift-8 (hotkey32) says it's unassigned.

Sounds like an old bug. Isn't that one fixed in b18?

This is still present in b18. Hitting shift-7 or shift-8 in the assignment page assigns the talent/item to shift-7. Using shift-7 still works as normal.
