Is it normal that the distance for the "rush" technique does not increase with its level? For my dwarven fighter, it's distance 2 for levels 1-2-3.

If it depends on some stat, maybe hint it in the technique description?

It's the "min" distance that's fixed to a value of 2...
The "max" distance increases with talent level (from 6 to 11).
The only confusing thing is that it's labeled as "range".

Well, then maybe clearly indicate so in the talent description?

"In order to perform the rush properly, one needs to build up speed for at least X squares. The maximum range of the rush is Y squares."

It's not the only talent whose increase is almost primarily in the range field.
