[beta 18] Nova broken?

The Nova tempest talent seems to be broken. Whenever I use it when an enemy is within range, nothing happens. I get a message saying I cast nova, but it does not actually cast, the turn does not cycle, I can spam it all I want but spell dosent get cast and turn dosent pass. It works just fine when enemies are not within range.

If you look in the message log you can see what im talking about. Got within melee range of a troll and started hitting nova repeatadly. Using from hotkey dosent work, using from 'm' menu dosent work either. Waited a turn here and there to show that I am within range.

just got another archmage to level 10, same problem with nova. was really hoping it was just the char/save that was bugged.

I'm still having issues with Nova. When i'm in range and click it, it doesn't do anything.

The problem should be fixed in beta19 (not yet released).
