Using a pick while an unmovable monster is in sight will drain the power but fail to dig due to disturbance after one turn.
Maybe immobile monsters should not disturb the player...

But what if that immovable creature has ranged attack ?

Disturb on damage taken instead?

And if it's a summoner (i.e. honey tree)?

And if it is on damage taken, it might risky in tight situations, imagine digging after teleporting away from a bossfight, considering bosses chase you down no matter the distance.

You can simply go kill it since it's *only* an immobile. ;)
