ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I have seen this bug once or twice before, but not at the frequency that I'm now seeing it with Beta 15b.
When i get an IM window or something that I CTRL-TAB to get to, when the window overlaps the TOME window, I sometimes lose the ability to use the keyboard for the game.
When this happens, you can revocer with 100% success by saving and exiting, then restarting the game.
Anyone else seeing this? Did I maybe run into a 'feature'?

This happens to me too, I suppose it has something to do with the interface itself. It happens all the time with chat windows (gtalk or Pidgin). I "fix" it by first clicking on the text rectangle of the chat window and then on the title bar of ToME, thus alt-tabbing is not an option to get back into the game.
Why the title bar of ToME? Otherwise the game would detect the click on the screen as an order and it can get you in good trouble.

Dunno if the first issue is possible to fix, but something helpful would be to deactivate the first click on ToME when on the background.
