ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Really strange... but whenever I load my character, I get this black screen that claims to be a world map (can try to use items and skills and stuff).

It happened when I tried to enter the spellblaze a second time (ran out first time after noticing a crit bloodgrasp headed my way... while I was still on the steps). The dungeon wouldn't load, so I thought if I quit and re-loaded my character, it would work better. I had just finished getting anti-magic at zigur, and when I reloaded, I guess it went back before that since I didn't let it finish saving before entering the spellblaze. So I went and got anti-magic again, made sure to let it finish saving, and then entered the spell blaze. Still wouldn't load, so I quit out again and now I'm stuck on a black world map.

This was a severely out of date topic, but if you're stuck in a black void after your character loads onto whats 'supposed' to be a map, odds are I or one of the other in-game mods can fix you if we can catch you when you're online.

If it's what I think it is, just hop on the in-game chat, or IRC and speak up. We might be able to just send a fix over the server. Others in chat know who to ping. Won't need to send us anything, just have the broken character loaded when we send the fix.

Thankyou, I sadly had to step away for work, but I will definitely keep trying on IRC channels.
