Gwai's Burninator hotkey turns green before it's recharged.
The inventory says "costing 30 power out of 13/75", but the hotkey shows "Gwai's Burninator (1)" and is green. Attempting to use it says "Gwai's Burninator is still recharging" and takes a turn.
