Rod of recall shows twice in lore

I got the rod after defeating the tempest. I IDed it at that time. I used it (just because I could), then from Bree went to the mage city. There I IDed all my items with a spell, and it shows again in Lore. The first instance shows it charged (1/1) the second shows it not charged (0/1)
