Vor armoury resets on entering, leaving, waiting

If you enter the Vor armoury, leave, and then wait a while, then the level resets.
All the important stuff is still there, but the fight is a bit easier. Plus, the dragons are gone but the random artifacts remain.
I think the same happens with the bottom level of Moria.
(apologies if this has been reported already.. It sounds familiar, but a search for "vor armory" in the bugs forum didn't turn up anything)
