[beta12b] Wield command - keys not working

I hit "w" to wield my new lantern. I have two items to wield: a) a dagger b) lantern.
I hit "b" and wield dagger (it got exchanged with my current weapon). Then i hit "a" and nothing happens.
Mouse works fine.
