Slow motion

Just wondering if slow motion is working correctly?

I have one level in it, which (with my high dex) gives me a slow-down of 21% (according to the description).

Here's an image of an orc archer that has got six arrows in the air before the first one lands..

Edit: Just watched an orc high cryomancer cast ice-shards, which was slowed down so much that he stepped in front of it, and was then hit by the spell..

I thought that might be the case, and so I didn't put any more points into it :-)

I have to say, though, it didn't feel overpowered. The only thing that really looked broken was ice shards moving slower than walking pace. There was always a tradeoff between dodging a spell and leaving my position -- often I preferred to stay put.

Beam spells still zap you instantly, right?

They should, seeing as how they do not have a travel time.

Yeah, manathrust, lightning, freeze, dragon breat -- all these and others are undodgable.
