6 golem [alchemist] issues

1. The golem abilities knockback and crush only seem to do any damage if the golem is already next to the target. At first I thought this was because the target was moving out of the way before the golem got to it (still annoying) but I cant even seem to crush stoned enemies from a distance.
2. Not sure exactly what happened but at some point I remade my golem after it died and it had roughly 1200 hp, where it's previous incarnation had had just over 700. Unless this is because I used a better gem to refit him... Also, the golem's life is still increasing from there as I level and when it dies and gets remade, it still keeps the new improved values. Not sure if I can reproduce this but I will try.
3. If you try to refit golem while you are mounted, it creates a new golem, and the old one becomes a statue (can't swap places with it either)
4. I know this has been covered in the summoning bug, but the golem sometimes ignored enemies. Luckily using one of the offensive golem talents seems to solve this.
5. Golem: Pound seems to damage and daze the golem, is this intentional?
6. Last but not least (this isn't really a bug) the mount golem skill should have some sort of explanation on the way it works regarding your own restances, buffs, etc. Also mounting the golem seems to remove any debuffs from it.
