Really! Um, anyhow. Using disengage while aim is active keeps aim active even though you've moved.

Also, the way it is implemented now, disengage only allows you to jump back a fixed number of squares in the direction opposite to the attacker (wonder what happens if more than one npc is adjacent to you, random direction choice?).
Shouldn't the player be given the ability to choose the disengage direction and distance, among the free ones available? (it could be done via a target reticule highlighting all not blocked squares in LoS within a radius of x). I think also choosing disengage distance (within range) would be useful, e.g. to avoid traps or other hazards on the landing square.

I'd say you choose the direction by choosing the target to disengage from.
