Forgetting zones?

Im not sure if its bug or new feature but ive entered Carn Dun 3rd time(after using Teleport: Angolwen) and most of 1st lvl is undiscovered again and later lvl are totaly unexplored.

Can you redownload the game, this should not happen anymore
