Channel Staff in release 10b (nomusic)

Not sure if this bug exists in the release with music...
but if you either hover over, or scroll down to the channel staff skill, you instead get seemingly kicked out of the skill screen to the map screen. Going up or down immediately brings up the skill screen again.
Figured out that you can still augment the skill by hitting the right arrow when the 'map' is showing, so it can be worked around until fixed.
