Beta9 - Locking up when trying to reassign talent hotkeys

I'm not sure where to find error logs to see whats going on, but I was re-assigning my hotkeys when it just locked up for about 3-4mins chugging away at something - thought it'd crashed. When it finally came around the display is gone for the talent hotkeys down the lower right, but the hotkeys still function. I saved and exited, reloaded and same deal, its still not displaying the talent hotkeys (and I tried scrolling through with pg up/down and it flashes, but nothing there)
When I go try reassign them it hangs up again for a minute or two, and is going real sluggish.
I'll try a restart of my system, but would an error log be of any use to work out whats happening?
Ill try a new character and see if its global too, or that char specifically.
