Chromatic Harness grants telepathy... theoretically?

Maybe just a display bug. The lua file seems to imply that the armor only gives esp dragon.

Does it actually make you see everything or just dargons ?

Well sure doesn't give telepathy... maybe esp dragon, but the radius is so small it cannot be considered esp at all (you can see one or two dragons behind a wall... that's all).
So it's just a display bug in the item description: "Grants telepathy: ." should probably be "Grants telepathy: dragons."
