Congeal Time and Strike (possible feature)

Congeal Time has a Travel Speed of 100% which makes it very hard to hit anything with outside of melee. Figured this may be a 0 that got missed. The way Congeal Time works now though would be cool at 200% and being able to keep effecting creatures beyond the first (a slow moving ball that rolls over things doing X effect).

Strike does more damage then the tooltip suggests.

Fixed Strike description.

I made Congeal Time work as you said, sounds neat
