unable to move after resting

Here's the setting : skeleton archer, in Trollshaws, 'Ammo Creation' is assigned to hotkey '3'.
The bug : if I 'R'est then type '3' twice very fast (once to stop resting, a second time to create ammo), I become unable to move. Any movement key gives the message : "You are unable to move!", eternally, even after expending stamina and resting again for hundreds of turns.
I was able to reproduce this by killing the game and reloading it, doing the same steps as above.
