ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Using Windows version of beta 2, I haven't seen anything printed out in my stderr.txt even after several random crashes and errors. I'm guessing stderr doesn't really exist on Windows machines (only stdout)?

In next beta, can we include some sort of debug logging for windows? I think it would be really useful for all the windows users out there trying to help track down those bugs.

The various debug messages are print'ed to stdout, if there is nothing there there is nothing :/
