May be working as intended, but it feels a bit weird that innate power, once it hits (iirc) the 3rd or 4th level actually increases your mana pool, despite the sustenance cost. If you can get an arcane blade up to that point, there's no reason not to have it running.

Also, the boost works toward skill requirements. I actually had to turn on the 3rd level innate power in order to unlock the 4th level one. May be working as intended though, I'unno, just seems a little off.
