ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So after playing other classes I know that investing in your mastery talent is a priority early on so your basic attacks do enough damage. But the Psyshot talent requires Dexterity, and virtually everything else requires Willpower or Cunning. How should I be distributing my Psyshot stats?

Cunning > Dexterity, after you've gotten your unlocks. Really it depends on the difficulty level.
