ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hi all,

Played TOME a lot on my old PC. I had assumed that when I reinstalled it and logged into my online profile all of the content I'd unlocked would be available, but it appears not. Is there any way for me to get that back, if I no longer have access to my old install?

Second question: if I can get access to the old game files which one(s) do I need to copy over to my new install?

A day later I loaded up TOME again and my unlocks were there

You don't actually have to wait for a whole day, but from my own experience, you just need to exit and load ToME again for the unlocks to be loaded (as long as you are logged in to the same online profile).

If you mean your save files, you'd want to copy the whole save file folder from: Users > <your username> > T-Engine > 4.0 > tome > save

The 'quick_hotkeys' and 'world.teaw' are not strictly needed since they will be autogenerated when you play the game. The other folders are your individual character's save files/folder. Feel free to copy as much as you want (or just whole thing?) to your new install.
