Computer died... moved data but...

In theory, I've moved all of my data over to a new computer but Tome appears to be missing as all of my characters and unlocks are gone. So, the question is: what files am I looking for (I'm sure there somewhere) and where do I put them to restore the game?
UPDATE: The unlocks are restored once I log into my account and let it sit for an hour or so... but the characters? Not so much.
