Is there any addon that adds more artifacts?

I love reading artifacts lore, and trying unique abilities, so I was wondering if any add-ons have been made that do it. So far I've looked with "artifact" and "artifacts" tag, and couldn't find anything related.
I decided to leave this here while I try a few more terms, hope it's the right category.
