How to download previously purchased DLC?

I bought 2 or 3 of the DLC on te4.org over a year ago and have since deleted my install. I am able to log in to te4.org with the account that purchased the DLC, but it only prompts me to buy it again. I remember having a similar problem the last time tried to reinstall, but not what the solution was.

If you bought them on your te4.org account they should still be there, I don't delete stuff
Please send me your profile name by DM and we'll sort this out

Thank you for the response. Apparently, I created a 2nd account (no idea why) and purchased the DLC there.
I'm all sorted out.
