Very, very dumb question:

If I win the game on Nightmare/Exploration, would it counted as a Nightmare win and unlock the Insane mode?
Also same thing with Insane/Exploration to unlock Madness?

Unfortunately I have no idea about your question, sorry. But as no one else has responded yet, in case you don't know it's pretty easy to just edit a text file and unlock the difficulty settings whilst still having your other things unlock normally. On windows it's Users/Name/T-Engine/4.0/profiles/offline or online (just change both)/modules/tome/allow_build. Simply add difficulty_insane = true to that in notepad and the corresponding one for madness.

You won't get get the achievement but you also don't have to do a whole exploration run just to unlock insane!

Thanks for the reply, Verr. Yes, I know about the text editing.

But I'm actually running Exploration mode specifically to unlock a bunch of stuffs, including (if possible) Insane mode.

Managed to unlock some 'high-level' unlocks so far, including 2 classes (I think) and at least 1 race. 2 more classes to unlock and the Insane mode.

Edit: make it 3 classes that I managed to unlock using exploration mode..
