What does an antropy zone look like?

So I beat the bonus entropy boss, and now I would like to not die if possible... I just got a message saying an antropy zone appears and I should run to it. But I don't see anything; just void and space cracks. Where do I go?

Switch from ASCII to "enhanced"/default graphics and it should be clearer (the zone should appear similar to the pools left behind by certain monsters when killed).
If this is a subtle dig at ASCII not showing everything clearly, fair point but they do make it far easier to spot knowledge fonts in the "Of Knowledge and Horrors" levels...

Not subtle dig, I've only ever played this game in ASCII. Ok, I switched to tiles and then I could see it, thanks
Hmm, do things like tidal waves or ghoul retch show up in tiles too?
