do gunslingers use physical power to calculate their damage?

i.e. is strength important to them? tbh I dunno how strength could affect damage from a steam gun...
*My information could be out of date.
All weapons use physical power as a scaling bonus in addition to their stat bonuses.
While it does seem weird for steamguns, it also applied to Mindstars; and it does give some sort of consistency about what stats do what.
