I am not sure what you are asking for.
If you want to get path of savefile, it will be %USERPROFILE%\T-Engine\4.0\tome\save
If you are asking for the game installation path, it is where you decompress the game zip. If you download it from Steam, please right click the game in your Steam client and look for it.
