ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Circumstances:
Playing Armor/Health/Healmod stacking Bulwark 1h+shield I got to the shade in shadow crypt and I can't kill it can't teleport out. With luck and many turns it goes down to ~60% health then pops regeneration and is full in few turns. Or I get to ~25 turns left to tp out and get interruped by the shade beeing there.

Stupid Question:
Has anyone an idea how to get out of this situation (except the obvious "stip armor get killed") ?

Did not think it would take 2 days to get a topic aproved. Solved the problem already. Turns out both corners of the room are far enough apart to use long range teleport which makes the boss loose sight and lets you tp out, since his summons dont interrupt tp. Went on to try again at level 49 but still could not kill my level 38 clone. Thereafter died to the two mages in the final dungeon.
